The F200 flexible pipeline robot effectively tackles inspection and cleaning in vertical pipelines and bend sections.

RJ-BOT has launched a standard product model F200 — a flexible pipeline robot. This robot is primarily designed to serve pipeline inspection and specific operational scenarios, aiming to provide accurate and efficient solutions for pipeline maintenance, repair, and related tasks.

The F200 flexible pipeline robot boasts several notable features. In terms of autonomous diameter adjustment, its linkage mechanism can expand or contract over a wide range, effectively meeting the diameter adaptation needs of pipelines with varying sizes. Additionally, users can also replace the linkage components to enable the robot to accommodate an even broader range of pipe diameters.
For propulsion, the robot adopts a full-wheel drive system. Its three drive modules are evenly distributed at 120° intervals around the circumference, each equipped with an independent high-power drive system. Each drive module is fitted with four driven wheels, all of which provide motive power. This configuration delivers strong propulsion, allowing the robot to climb vertical pipes smoothly even when the drive wheels are in full contact with the pipe wall.

The robot also offers excellent scalability. Its end section can be equipped with a variety of devices such as cameras, inspection instruments, and high-pressure nozzles, enabling it to meet diverse operational requirements under different working conditions.
Particularly noteworthy is its advantage in pipeline inspection. The robot is capable of operating in a centered position within the pipeline, a feature that allows it to perform tasks such as internal diameter measurement, straightness inspection, and roundness assessment with greater precision and comprehensiveness. Equipped with a camera, it can conduct detailed visual inspections of the interior of the pipeline, promptly identifying issues such as cracks, corrosion, and blockages. When paired with various inspection instruments, it can further enhance detection accuracy and professionalism, providing reliable data to support pipeline safety assessments and maintenance decision-making.

Overall, the F200 flexible pipeline robot, with its features such as autonomous diameter adjustment, full-wheel drive, strong scalability, and centered operation, demonstrates outstanding performance and broad application potential in the field of pipeline inspection and operations. It is expected to deliver more efficient and precise support for pipeline inspection and related maintenance work.
