All-Terrain 6WD Power: Dual-motor six-wheel drive handles obstacles up to 100mm and slopes up to 30°.
5MP Front and Rear Vision: A 5MP front camera with 360° horizontal and 180° radial adjustment, plus a dedicated rear camera for reversing and monitoring.
Precision Elevating System: 80° lift angle and up to 178mm lift height, keeping the lens positioned through the pipe run.
Tablet Control: The supplied tablet connects to the unit's own Wi-Fi and handles movement, camera adjustment, lighting, recording and reel functions, with one-key camera reset and electronic distance counting.
IP68 Crawler Protection: Stainless steel bumper bar and handle with an IP68-rated crawler; the reel is splash-resistant only and must not be washed down.

A: The manual states an applicable pipe range of DN200–DN2000. Three quick-change anti-slip wheel sets are supplied — 4-inch × 6, 6-inch × 4 and 10-inch × 4 — so the wheel size can be matched to the pipe for traction and clearance. Suitability also depends on bends, deposits, water level and access points, so confirm the configuration for your site rather than reading the range as a guarantee for every pipe inside it.
A: Distance is counted by an electronic encoder on the reel, and the counter can be zeroed at the start of a run. Before every job you must select the reel gear that matches the fitted wheel size — gear 1 for 4-inch, gear 2 for 6-inch, gear 3 for 10-inch. A wrong gear setting produces incorrect distance readings and can cause uneven winding. Project information entered in the app is displayed on the video, so the record stays tied to the relevant footage.
A: The crawler is rated IP68 as specified in the manual, has a stainless steel bumper bar and handle, and is rated for use between -20°C and +50°C. The rating applies to the crawler, not to the complete system: the reel is protected against light splashes only, must be wiped with a wrung cloth, and must not be washed down or placed in standing water. To wash the crawler, connect the reel and crawler plugs and pull out enough cable to keep the reel clear of water.
A: The reel is powered by a 60V 15Ah lithium battery. The manual's figure is 6 hours of continuous running at theoretical maximum power, so treat it as an upper limit rather than a guaranteed shift length — actual runtime depends on load, terrain, cable drag and how hard the crawler is working. The standard cable is 100m and the stated working distance is also 100m; actual reach depends on pipe layout, deposits, bends and access conditions.
A: Yes. You enter the project information in the app, select which fields to display, and save before starting the recording. The information is shown in the upper-left corner and is carried on the video. Do not change project information while a recording is running, and back up files daily — high-frame-rate HD video takes up storage quickly.
A: Do not pull the cable by hand. The reel is supplied with a hand-assisted winding crank: use it to wind the cable back steadily and recover the crawler. Connection problems are usually solved by working within 1–10m of the reel with no obstruction, re-seating the crawler connector, or restarting the app.
A: Through the tablet supplied with the system, connected to the unit's own Wi-Fi network, whose name starts with RJ-. Allow about 60–70 seconds after switching on before connecting. The app provides on-screen sliders for speed and lighting, buttons for forward, reverse, steering, camera rotation, camera lift, screenshot and record, plus the reel gear selector and the distance reset.
A: The manual states a 7-day replacement after acceptance and a one-year warranty. Within the first year, non-human parts failures are covered: RJ-BOT supplies the parts free of charge and the customer covers freight.
