Grease builds up inside exhaust ducts where no one can reach it. Scraping by hand means crews working in cramped, greasy spaces — slow, uneven, and hard to prove afterwards. The RJ-BOT Fullset removes that work from the duct: a crawler robot goes in, and the crew stays outside operating the machines.
Soften: the P24 chemical sprayer (dual pump, 6 bar, 7 L/min) applies degreaser through the robot's nozzle to loosen baked-on grease.
Melt: the P32 diesel heater produces 95°C hot water (about 20 seconds to start, 30 seconds to reach temperature) — hot water liquefies solid fat that cold water only pushes around.
Blast: the P40 unit delivers up to 2900 PSI (20 MPa) through the G36's rotating nozzle, which sweeps 360° around the duct wall.
Recover: while it washes, the P40's vacuum pumps pull the dirty water and loosened oil out of the duct into the 20 L G11 bucket, so the kitchen stays clean.
The G36's 2 HD cameras let the operator watch the duct live and record video or take photos before and after cleaning — useful evidence for your customer or inspector.

| Unit | Role | Key fact | |
|---|---|---|---|
| G36 robot | Travels the duct, aims the rotating nozzle, films | For ducts > 28 cm · 2 HD cameras · 360° nozzle · 25 m cable · works on 110–230 V | |
| P40 high-pressure + vacuum unit | Blasts grease and recovers the waste | 4000 W high-pressure motor delivers 2900 PSI · 2 vacuum motors, 3000 W combined, recover the oil and water | |
| P32 diesel heater | Heats the water | 95°C hot water output | |
| P24 chemical sprayer | Applies degreaser | Dual pump with backup · 6 bar · 7 L/min | |
| G11 recovery bucket | Holds waste oil and water | 20 L |
The G36 robot cannot work alone — it needs the P40, P32 and P24 beside it. That is why we quote them as one set.

Set up outside the duct: place the P40, P32, P24 and G11 bucket near the access point and connect hoses and power.
Inspect: send the G36 in and check the duct on screen; record the "before" video.
Pre-treat heavy buildup: apply degreaser with the P24 where the grease is thick.
Clean: the P40 pushes hot water (from the P32) through the rotating nozzle while its vacuum pumps recover the waste into the G11 bucket.
Verify: run the robot back through, record the "after" video and take photos.
One quote, one supplier: the robot, pump, heater, sprayer and bucket are matched to each other.
Backup built in: the P24 has two pumps and the P40 has two vacuum motors, so one failing does not stop the job.
Crew stays outside: operators work from the machines, not inside the duct.

| # | Question | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | What is the price of the kitchen duct cleaning equipment set? | The complete set is USD 7,400 (EXW China, Guangzhou). The price includes all the equipment in the set: the G36 robot, P40 high-pressure and vacuum unit, P32 95°C heater, P24 chemical sprayer and G11 bucket. The G36 robot alone is USD 3,500. Freight, duties and local taxes depend on your destination. |
| 2 | What do I need to send to get a quote? | Send the duct size and total length, your country and local voltage, and the kitchen type. We reply within 24 hours with a configured quote. |
| 2b | What voltage does the G36 robot use? | The G36 works on 110–230 V, so it can be used with the power supply in most countries. |
| 2c | How powerful is the P40 unit? | The P40 has a 4000 W high-pressure motor that produces 2900 PSI, plus two vacuum motors totalling 3000 W that recover the oil and water. |
| 3 | How long until the set ships? | Ready for dispatch in 5–7 working days after order confirmation. Shipping time depends on the destination. |
| 4 | Can the robot work without the other machines? | No. The G36 robot needs the P40 high-pressure unit, P32 heater and P24 chemical sprayer to clean, which is why they are sold as one set. |
| 5 | What size of duct can the G36 clean? | The G36 is designed for kitchen exhaust ducts above 28 cm in diameter. |
| 6 | Can it clean vertical ducts or 90° elbows? | The robot is not recommended for vertical cleaning because of its own weight and the water pressure. It works in horizontal and gently inclined ducts (obstacle-crossing under 30°). |
| 7 | How do I show a customer the duct is clean? | The G36's two HD cameras let you record video and take photos before and after cleaning. |
| 8 | Does the water have to be hot? | Hot water melts solidified grease much faster. The P32 heater produces 95°C water for this purpose. |
