Our pipe cleaning robot is designed with a modular structure and multi-functional cleaning system, allowing users to easily switch different cleaning modes according to pipe conditions and cleaning requirements. It is ideal for ventilation ducts.
Multi-Function Cleaning Modes:
1. Dual Side Brush Mode (with lifting function)
Equipped with two powerful side brushes, the robot can effectively clean large areas of pipe walls. The lifting swing arm allows the brushes to adjust their angle, ensuring thorough cleaning even in uneven or complex pipe structures.
3. Single Brush Mode (with lifting function)
The large brush head provides stronger cleaning force and wider coverage, ideal for removing heavy grease, stubborn dirt, or thick deposits inside pipelines.
2. Small Brush Mode (compact structure)
This configuration uses a single brush head, making the robot more flexible and suitable for narrow pipelines or precise cleaning tasks.
4. Dual Bottom Brushes
Two additional brushes at the bottom help clean sediments and residues at the base of the pipe, achieving 360° full-coverage cleaning.
5. Inspection Mode
The robot can also operate in inspection mode, equipped with infrared high-definition night-vision cameras to monitor pipeline conditions in real time, making it suitable for inspection and maintenance work.

This robot uses nylon material brush, which is soft and will not cause scratches or damage.
2. Will dust or pollution be generated during the cleaning process? How is it handled?
The professional robot is equipped with a negative pressure dust collection system, which can suck dust and debris into the dust collection box while cleaning, preventing dust from spreading outside the pipes.
3. Which types of central air conditioning ducts are suitable for cleaning with the robot?
The robot is suitable for 200 to 760mm central air conditioning ventilation duct systems, such as supply/return air ducts in commercial buildings (shopping malls, hotels, office buildings), hospitals, schools, factories, and other central air conditioning systems.
