This Returns & Warranty Policy explains how RJ-Bot Industrial Group ("we", "us") handles warranty service, returns and replacements for equipment purchased from us. The warranty period and scope that apply to your order are the ones stated in the quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract we issue to you. If anything on this page conflicts with those documents, those documents prevail.
Our equipment is supplied with a limited warranty. The applicable warranty period, the parts covered and the start date of the warranty are stated in your sales contract or proforma invoice, and normally run from the date of delivery or the date of commissioning, whichever is agreed. Consumable parts and accessories may carry a different warranty period, as indicated in the product documentation.
Subject to the terms of your contract, the warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship that appear during normal use of the equipment. Where a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective part or provide the necessary spare parts and technical guidance for replacement.
The warranty does not cover:
If you believe your equipment has a warranty issue, please contact us with the following information so that we can help you quickly:
Our technical team will review the information and respond with a diagnosis and proposed solution, which may include remote troubleshooting, spare parts, or return of the item for inspection.
Please do not return any item without first obtaining our written confirmation and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed at customs. When a return is agreed, pack the item securely in its original or equivalent packing, include the accessories and documentation, and mark the package with the return reference we provide.
Where a defect is confirmed to be covered by warranty, we will bear the cost of returning the repaired or replacement item to you, and reasonable return freight from you to us will be handled as agreed in your contract. Where the item is found not to be covered by warranty, or no fault is found, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, inspection costs and any repair charges.
Order cancellation, changes to specification and refund arrangements are governed by the terms of your sales contract. Because most of our equipment is configured or produced to order, cancellation after production has started may involve charges for materials and work already performed. Approved refunds are made by the original payment method, subject to any bank charges or fees incurred.
We supply spare parts and consumables for our equipment. To make sure you receive the correct part, please quote the product model, serial number and the part number or description when ordering. We can also help you plan a recommended spare parts list for critical items to reduce downtime.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country. If you purchased as a consumer and local law gives you additional rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
