Product intention submission
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.rj-bot.com and the purchase of products from RJ-Bot Industrial Group ("we", "us"). By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All quotations provided by us are based on the information available at the time of quotation. A quotation is valid for the period stated on the quotation (typically 30 days) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are quoted on an EXW (Ex Works) basis per Incoterms 2020, with the place of delivery being our factory in Guangzhou, China. Under EXW, the buyer is responsible for freight, insurance, export/import customs clearance, duties and all other costs from the moment the goods are made available at our premises.
An order is confirmed only after we issue written order confirmation or an invoice. Payment terms are specified in the order confirmation or quotation. Goods are not dispatched until the agreed payment is received in full.
Estimated delivery times stated in quotations or order confirmations are indicative only and are not contractual. Delays caused by force majeure, transportation, customs or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute breach of contract.
Buyers should inspect goods upon receipt and notify us of any visible damage or discrepancy within the time stated in the order documents. Warranty terms, where offered, are as specified in the product documentation or warranty certificate accompanying the goods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the goods in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
All content on this website, including product images, texts, logos and technical materials, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our prior written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or any order shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at our place of business in Guangzhou, China.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
