This Shipping Policy explains how RJ-Bot Industrial Group ("we", "us") handles the packing, dispatch and delivery of the equipment you order from our website. The commercial terms that apply to your order — including price, lead time, shipping method and Incoterms — are the ones stated in the quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract we issue to you. If anything on this page conflicts with those documents, those documents prevail.
An order becomes effective once we have confirmed it in writing and, where required, received the agreed deposit. The proforma invoice or sales contract states the model, configuration, accessories, quantity, unit price, trade term and estimated delivery schedule for your order. Please review it carefully and tell us about any discrepancy before making payment.
Production lead time depends on the product model, configuration and current production schedule. The estimated lead time is stated in your quotation or proforma invoice and is counted from the date we receive the deposit and confirm the final technical details. If your project requires factory acceptance testing, customization or third-party inspection, additional time may be needed and will be agreed with you in advance.
Equipment is packed for export in wooden cases or reinforced cartons, with internal protection for precision parts such as cameras, control units and cables. The packing list enclosed with the shipment lists the items included. Please keep the original packing materials until you have inspected the goods, as they may be needed if a transport damage claim has to be raised.
We arrange shipment according to the trade term agreed in your order. Common options include:
The shipping method, port of departure and destination are confirmed with you before dispatch. If you have a nominated forwarder or a preferred carrier, please let us know when placing the order.
Shipping costs depend on the destination, shipment volume and weight, shipping method and the trade term agreed. Where freight is not included in the quoted price, it will be quoted separately before shipment. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and destination port fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless your contract states otherwise.
Once your order is dispatched we will send you the shipping documents, including the bill of lading or airway bill number and, where applicable, tracking details. You can use these to follow the shipment with the carrier. Please make sure the consignee name, address, phone number and email on the shipping documents are correct and complete.
Buyers are responsible for complying with the import regulations of the destination country and for providing the documentation required for clearance. We will provide the commercial invoice, packing list and other export documents needed for your shipment. If your country requires specific certification, please confirm this before the order is placed so that we can advise on availability.
Please inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this on the carrier's delivery receipt and photograph the packaging and goods before opening. If any item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us promptly with the photos, packing list and shipping documents so that we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a solution.
Shipping schedules may be affected by customs inspection, carrier space availability, weather, port congestion, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any significant delay and work with the carrier to minimize its impact, but we are not liable for delays caused by such events.
If you need to change the delivery address or consignee after the order has been confirmed, please contact us as early as possible. Changes may not be possible once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, and any additional cost incurred will be charged to the buyer.
